Together with her husband, Monty, she founded Saiva Homes to unite thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship under one roof.

Yes — interior design and furnishing is a service on its own, not only something we offer alongside construction. If your space is already in good shape and you simply want it designed, styled, and furnished, that's a project we'd love to take on. Many of our interior-only clients come to us through referrals from past renovation clients who loved working with us and wanted the same eye for their next space.
