Co-founder & Principal Designer
Vanshita leads the creative vision behind Saiva Homes. Drawing on European design principles, she balances warmth, restraint, and refined detail to create homes that feel elevated yet effortlessly livable.
Monty Gupta
Co-founder & Principal Builder
Monty leads every build personally — on site, hands-on, and accountable for every detail from structural decisions to the final coat of paint. He's the reason what gets designed actually gets built.

When Vanshita and Monty founded Saiva Homes, they shared a simple belief: the homes people love most aren't designed around trends—they're designed around how life is lived.
They saw too many projects where design and construction existed separately, leaving ideas compromised somewhere along the way. They believed there was a better approach.
By bringing thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship together under one roof, they created a studio where every detail is considered from the first conversation to the final styling.
