Monty Gupta | Co-Founder & Principal Builder
Monty leads the construction side of Saiva Homes, translating design concepts into practical building decisions. His work encompasses construction planning, trade coordination, structural considerations, material installation, and the details that influence how a project comes together. By considering construction alongside design, he helps ensure that aesthetic decisions are developed with an understanding of their practical execution.
Vanshita Agarwal | Co-Founder & Principal Designer
Vanshita leads the creative direction of Saiva Homes, with a focus on architectural proportion, natural materials, thoughtful detailing, and interiors that feel layered and personal. Her design approach draws inspiration from European architecture while embracing the individuality of each home and the people who live there. She believes the most beautiful spaces are not necessarily the most elaborate, but those in which every element feels intentional.
