  • Saiva Homes offers full-service design-build, custom home building, renovations and additions, interior design and furnishing, and design consultations — all under one roof in the Greater Toronto Area.

  • By keeping architecture, design, and construction under one roof, we ensure a seamless process from vision to execution. This means better budget clarity, condensed timelines, and a single point of accountability so your design intent is never lost during the build.

  • Every project is unique, but most custom home builds range from 12 to 24 months depending on scope and complexity. Renovations typically range from 3 to 12 months. We provide a detailed timeline during your initial consultation.
